On Ash Wednesday, our congregation began the Lenten season with a full day of worship and community. In the morning, neighbors stopped by for coffee and Ashes‑to‑Go, receiving a blessing as they started their day. Later, we gathered around the table for a simple Soup Supper before entering into our evening service, where we received the cross of ash and were reminded of God’s mercy that meets us in every season.
